March 6, British singer Amy Winehouse has been charged with assault starting from an alleged altercation last September, London police said.
People magazine said Amy Winehouse has been ordered to appear in court this month to answer for her crazy behavior at the elegant, End of Summer Ball in London’s Berkeley Square.
“The singer has been charged. She will appear on bail at City of Westminster Magistrates Court on Tuesday, March 17, charged with common assault,” a representative for London’s Metropolitan Police told the public.
She is charged for punching a fan, Sherene Flash,30. She punched Sherene in the face when she asked Amy to pose for a picture with her.
