Anna Nicole’s Shrink Turns Herself In

Anna Nicole’s psychiatrist, Khristine Eroshevich, surrendered on Monday and faced charges conspiring with illegal prescription drugs that she gave to Anna.
Rosario Herrera police spokesman said Eroshevich turned herself in.
Eroshevich was released hours later after posting a $20,000 bail, a statement released by her attorney Adam Braun’s office.
After a long, time consuming investigation, Los Angeles County prosecutors charged Eroshevich last week for conspiring with another doctor, Sandeep Kapoor, told Howard K. Stern to provide Smith with prescription pills.
Attorney General Jerry Brown said that the doctors wrote prescriptions in fake names and prescribed unwarranted amounts of addictive medications to Smith, purposely, knowing she was an addict.
Brown says Stern is the main “leader.”
Stern and Kapoor turned themselves in last week and were each set free on a $20,000 bond.
They were released today at 1:58pm PST.
Braun said Eroshevich was only protecting Smith’s privacy by writing prescriptions in false names and commiting fraud wasn’t intentional.
The psychiatrist, traveled to the Bahamas, where the former Playboy playmate wrote the prescriptions and was living with Stern.
Smith died February 8, 2007, in Florida after collapsing at a hotel. At the time, she was in a battle, trying to inherite her late husband’s estates. On top of all of that,her son Daniel, 20 years-old, had died of an overdose in the Bahamas. Right after Smith gave birth to her daughter, Dannielynn.
