After it was announced that the arraignment of Howard K. Stern, Dr. Khristine Eroshevich and Dr. Sandeep Kapoor had been postponed until May 13th, things got pretty heated between the California Attorney General Jerry Brown and Howard K. Stern.
The Attorney General insisted that he did not abuse his power by going after Mr. Stern. Brown said that there was nothing wrong with devoting a boatload of money and resources to investigating Stern and Anna’s two docs. In the defense of Mr. Stern, his attorney criticized Brown’s try intentions as using Stern as his stepping stone for his next Governor’s race.
