Britney Spears To Tour Australia For The First Time

Britney Spears will tour Australia for the first time in her singing career, the pop singer said in a statement posted on her Web site Tuesday.
Spears has set six shows in November in four Australian cities, Perth, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, with her latest tour, “The Circus Starring Britney Spears.”
“I’ve wanted to tour Australia for quite some time and now it’s finally happening,” Spears said posted on her website, britneyspears.com.
Since her debut as a teen pop diva with the single “… Baby One More Time,” Spears has sold more than 60 million albums worldwide.
In the past years she has made more headlines for her unpredictable behavior, including losing the custody of her two kids. But she has made a comeback with her last two albums, and the single “Womanizer” was her first No. 1 in almost ten years.
