Bruce Springsteen Says Goodbye To Giants Stadium

Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band will play three shows at Giants Stadium in New Jersey in fall, before the arena is torn down, the Boss said onstage Thursday night, May 21.
The shows will take place on September 30 and October 2 and 3, Springsteen announced at his concert at the Izod Center in East Rutherford, New Jersey. According to a flyer past out after the show, tickets will go on sale June 1.
Giants Stadium is scheduled to be torn down in 2010.
Springsteen’s North American trip ends Saturday at the Izod Center, and a European tour begins the next week. The band will come back to the U.S. in June to perform at the Bonnaroo festival in Manchester, Tennessee, during a break in the European journey.
