The arraignment of Howard K. Stern and psychiatrist Dr. Khristine Eroshevich has been postponed. Superior Court Commissioner Kristi Lousteau moved the arraignment date to May 13th.
Howard K. Stern and Dr. Khristine Eroshevich will be arraigned on May 13th along with a third physician, Dr. Sandeep Kapoor. The three are each facing six counts along with conspiracy. If they are convicted they can each face up to five years and eight months in prison.
Anna Nicole Smith died of a drug overdose in a Florida hotel. The drugs that she overdosed on were drugs prescribe to her by doctors Kapoor and Eroshevich.
