TMZ obtained the restraining order against the woman allegedly accused of stalking Tyler Perry. The alleged stalker said Perry is a murder suspect.

Dawne Wilson was arrested for aggrevated stalking on Wednesday outside of Perry’s production studios in Atlanta. This is a place where she’s been an unwelcome visitor times before.

The restraining order claims in March, of 2008, Dawne Wilson began to contacting Perry by computer “in a menacing manner,” causing Perry to fear “apprehension of immediately receiving a violent injury.”

According to the documents, in April, of 2008, Wilson sent another e-mail saying “You need to check your heart condition because it is filled with murder….your love has been but costly and deadly….Murder I say is the verdict.”

Wilson continued, “Why do you insist on assisting the devil?”

Dawne Wilson was taken into custody after showing up at Tyler Perry’s recording studio last Wednesday, in violation of the restraining order.
