Kim Kardashian

Kim Kardashian was so scared after a strange man rang the doorbell at her Beverly Hills home last weekend, that she has decided to leave the property and find a new house in a gated community.

Kim is currently house shopping in several exclusive gated communities in the Los Angeles area, including Bel Air and Mulholland Estates, where Charlie Sheen and Paris Hilton own houses.

Kim hasn’t decided yet, but she refuses to live in a house that doesn’t have around the clock gated security.

The story: Cops were called to Kim’s house Saturday night, after a man showed up on her property with luggage and rang the doorbell insisting that Kim let him stay with her.

Sharon Osbourne

Sharon Osbourne has been sued by a company that states she reneged on a promise to hock jewelry bearing her name on the Home Shopping Network.

Lucas Design International claims Sharon talked to them last year about designing and manufacturing a Sharon Osbourne jewelry line that she would personally sell on HSN. Lucas claims they hit the drawing board and came up with some awesome idea, and projected they would sell a million dollars worth of merchandise in 2012 with a 50% profit margin no less.

But it didn’t happen, because, based off of the suit, Sharon backed out of the oral agreement at the 11th hour.

Lucas is suing for unspecified damages.

A representative for Sharon said, “Sharon Osbourne did not breach any oral contract with Lucas Design because no agreement existed.”  They add, “Sharon is looking to create her own jewelry line and did have discussions with Lucas Design.  Unfortunately the designs and pieces submitted were not the quality that was represented or hoped for.  Sharon has moved on.”

Madonna

The creator of “Girls Gone Wild” Joe Francis, is sending Madonna a letter stating that he will take legal action if she sings the song from her new album, “Girls Gone Wild” at the super bowl.

Francis’ lawyer threatens to sue all of them for attempting to get a “free ride on the valuable consumer goodwill and brand recognition” of Joe’s famous trademark.

Francis’ lawyer makes it clear:  “Your misappropriation of my clients’ trademark will not be tolerated.”

But Francis is willing to make a deal with Madonna, but there will be strings attached:

- Negotiate an immediate licensing agreement for the use of Joe’s trademark
- Account for the number of times Madonna has already used the trademark
- NOT perform the song at the Super Bowl

Halle, Nahla & Gabriel

The judge in Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry’s custody war has issued his ruling. Gabriel will NOT lose custody of Nahla while he is being investigated for child endangerment.

The ruling is complicated and there could be dramatic changes in the custody agreement.

Gabriel had already agreed to take anger management classes and Halle will continue with counseling. Their 3-year-old Nahla will also undergo counseling.

Charlie Sheen

Charlie Sheen’s real estate agent is being sued by Brooke Mueller’s mother, who states the realtor screwed her out a commission for a mansion Charlie purchased last year.

Based on the lawsuit, Moira Fiore claims she was tapped to help Charlie find a new house, but there was a big problem. She’s only licensed to sell real estate in Florida and Charlie wanted a new crib in L.A.

So Moira says she engaged the services of realtor Marty Trugman.

Moira claims Marty promised to give her 25% of his commission as a referral fee. Charlie used Marty and purchased a $6,999,999 house, but Marty didn’t pay her anything!

Marty said, “I never promised her a referral fee.  She didn’t introduce me to Charlie. Brooke did.”

Charlie’s sources say he is pissed that Moira was “skimming the deal.” Charlie says that if Moira gets any money from Marty, it should go to him or his kids.

Dick Tufeld

The man who voiced the “Lost in Space” robot back in the 1960s has died.

Dick Tufeld died peacefully at an L.A. area hospital, according to Dick’s “Lost in Space” co-star Bill Mumy.

Mummy said, Tufeld, a cancer survivor, suffered from Parkinson’s disease. He was 85-years-old.

Mummy added, “Everything just caught up to him. He lost his wife a few years ago and lost his pep after that.”

Funeral plans are already in place.

Halle, Nahia & Gabriel

Halle Berry is going to have to wait until Monday to get a decision from a judge, as far as if her baby daddy, Gabriel Aubry, should be prohibited from having any contact with Nahla until the child endangerment investigation runs its course.

Judge Scott Gordon heard about the matter this morning because the judge who was handling the case is on vacation. After hearing the lawyers arguments, Judge Gordon decided  he would not decide, but rather put eh matter off until next Monday, when the judge returns from vacation.

Judge Gordon didn’t grant an immediate emergency order for either side because he believed there are enough protections in place to keep Nahia safe until Monday’s hearing.

Halle and Gabriel didn’t address the judge.

Jeremy London

Jeremy London has been charged with domestic battery for allegedly beating up his baby mama in Palm Springs last month. The crazy thing is, the legal documents filed in the case describe the actor as homeless.

Jeremy hasn’t been arrested for the incident. In addition to the charging documents, authorities filed a request for an arrest warrant, describing Jeremy’s alleged attack on his estranged wife Melissa Cunningham.

Based off of the documents, the fight started when Jeremy put the couple’s son in his care to go to breakfast, but Melissa didn’t agree, insisting that her son didn’t want to go.

The argument got worse, culminating with London pulling Melissa’s hair and hitting her on the side of the head.

The documents describe Jeremy as having no address by stating “transient.”

A rep for Jeremy says, “The allegation for which this charge against Jeremy London is being filed is false and no such abuse occurred.”

Pamela Anderson

Pamela Anderson has called it a truce in her battle with a Las Vegas real estate mogul, who sued the actress for $22.5 million last year. He claims she screwed him out of several massive condo sales.

Laurence Hallier filed the lawsuit against Pamela in June of last year, claiming she had agreed to promote the sale of several condominiums in the new Panorama Towers by making personal appearances, but failed to keep her end of the bargain.

Hallier says Anderson flaked on appearance after appearance, costing him millions in lost condo sales.

Hallier has promised Pam a free condo in exchange for her services, but ultimately refused as a result of Pam’s alleged breach of agreement. In response, Pam sued him for $1 million.

Now the two are finally making an agreement out of court. The terms are the settlement are confidential.

Demi Moore

Demi Moore was rushed to get hospital last night because of substance abuse.

Law enforcement says a 911 call was placed at 10:45 PM Monday night. Paramedics responded to Demi’s L.A. home. After assessing her for half a hour, she was transported to a local hospital.

Sources say she is being placed in a facility to “seek further professional assistance.” Our sources say the treatment is for substance abuse.

Demi’s representative says, “Because of the stresses in her life right now, Demi has chosen to seek professional assistance to treat her exhaustion and improve her overall health.  She looks forward to getting well and is grateful for the support of her family and friends.”
