Hilary Duff Sued For Car Accident

Hilary Duff has been hit with a lawsuit. She’s been accused of crashing her Range Rover into another car back in 2010 and seriously injuring the other driver.
According to the lawsuit, which was filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, Duff was cruising around L.A. on December 12, 2010, when she hit another car driven by Rachel Owens.
Owens claims she suffered “great mental, physical and nervous pain and suffering” and needed multiple doctors and surgeons to treat her unspecified conditions.
Owens also claims her injuries prevented her from going to work and even though she doesn’t state her career, Owens anticipates she will be “prevented from attending her usual occupation for a period of time in the future.”
Owens is suing for unspecified damages.
