Jay Leno Offers Comedy Stimulus Package

Jay Leno will be performing in Wilmington, Ohio on May 10th. This show will be free for those hurt by the layoffs of DHL employees.
DHL Express announced some time last year that it would be shutting its doors in Wilmington Air Park. This means a loss of 8,000 jobs. DHL Express will be relocating to Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport which is more than 50 miles away from the previous location.
Jay Leno, the NBC “Tonight” show host, says that the “good folks” in the Wilmington community are devastated and having a hard time. This is not the first time Jay offers to perform for free. Jay has done free performances in Detroit also.
