Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony are suing a British stroller company for $5,000,000 — for falsely using her picture in their ads.
The actress, 38, said ads for Silver Cross showed her with twins Max and Emme. She and husband Marc Anthony 40, accused the firm of misleading the public into thinking they “endorsed” the company’s products.
The married couple want all money made by the company from the ads, plus a court order banning it from using their picture again. They have filed a trademark infrigement lawsuit in a Los Angeles district court.
