Judge Rules In Britney Spear’s Favor

A Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Aviva K. Bobb issued a ruling today that ordered Osama “Sam” Lutfi and attorney Jon Eardley to stay away from Britney and not have any contact, threaten or try to act on her behalf or her sons’ behalf for the next three years.
The judge did not issue the same protection against Osama and Jon to Britney’s parents. Britney’s dad manages most of Britney’s life. He can restrict her contact with people as well as control her access to a cell phone.
Jamie Spears, Britney’s dad, and his lawyers have been petitioning for lengthy restraining orders against Osama, Jon and Adnan. The argument being that these three men were conspiring to undermine the conservatorhip. Judge Bobb ruling against Adnan Ghalib, paparazzo, last month and issued a three year restraining order. Adnan is a former boyfriend of Britney.
The lawyers for both Osama and Jon were not very pleased with the judge’s ruling and have promised to appeal the ruling. They stated that this lengthy hearing didn’t prove that Britney suffered substantial emotional distress as a result of these two men’s actions.
Bryan J.Freedman, Osama’s attorney, says that the evidence points to Britney asking for his client’s help. Mr. Freedman had this to say, “Never before in the history of the world has a restraining order been issued against someone who merely responded to cries for help.”
Roger Diamond, John’s representative, says that the fact that the ruling did not spell out the judge’s reasoning for issuing the orders makes it very disappointing.
Mr. Freedman has filed a defamation lawsuit against Britney and her parents. What a loser!
