Kanye West doesn’t have to listen to the music yet.
West’s arraignment on vandalism, battery and grand theft charges, was originally scheduled for tomorrow, has been postponed until May 20.
West’s attorneys were in a Los Angeles courtroom earlier today to request more time.
Kanye and his business manager, Don Crowley, were arrested last September at LAX for allegedly smashing a camera that belonged to one of the paparazzi who were trailing the gentlemen to their terminal. The two were trying to board a flight to Honolulu.
In request to postpone the arrignment, West’s attorney, Blair Berk, told the judge on Monday that today was the first time she had been informed with the police’s incident report and that she was still waiting for the prosecution to hand over all the evidence.
