Kelis Welcomes Her New Baby Boy!

Kelis has welcomed her first child, a baby boy named Knight.
Kelis rep, Tracey Nguyen, says the 29-year-old gave birth at a New York hospital on Wednesday night. Nguyen says the baby weighed 7 lbs., 8 oz.
Her soon-to-be ex-husband, Nas, is the father. Kelis filed for divorce from the him in April.
Nas’s full name is Nasir Jones. Baby Knight is taking his father’s last name.
Nguyen says Kelis had been in labor since Monday early in the morning, and her mother and sister were in the hospital room with her.
Nguyen says: “The beautiful baby boy and his mother are doing wonderful.”
