Lindsay’s Victim Claims Lohan Was Violent & Drunk

The Betty Ford staffer who states Lindsay Lohan assaulted her says Lindsay had been drinking before the whole incident and hurt her badly and now she’s on workers’ comp.
Dawn Holland says after 1 A.M., Lindsay and two roommates came home late, violating the curfew policy.
Holland says Lindsay and her friends jumped a wall trying to get inside of the clinic without being noticed. Security stopped the three girls, that is when Lindsay started going out of control.
Holland was told to do a breathalyzer on the 3 girls, but Lindsay refused and pushed her. Holland went back to the house, as she was doing this, Lindsay called 911 from the house phone.
Holland picked up the other house phone to speak with 911 and Lindsay confronted her, taking the phone out of her hand, which caused a severe sprain. Now Holland is on workers’ comp.
Holland says she could smell the alcohol on Lindsay’s breath.
Lindsay claims she didn’t touch Holland first, she says, “I did not touch the woman.”
