Michael Jackson has been diagnosed with skin cancer, but he is expected to make a full recovery, a source told The Sun newspaper.
The source said that the pop star has been confirmed by doctors that the skin cancer spots found on his neck and precancerous cells on his face are treatable.
In addition the unidentified source said that Jackson is adamant to the cancer and related treatment will not prevent him from taking part in his 50 performances scheduled at London’s O2 Arena as part of his comeback.
“Michael is really looking forward to his concerts and is determined to wow his fans at each and every gig,” the source said.
“He said he’s insisted that any treatment must fit around the concerts, and the show will go on.”
