Michael Jackson’s estate lawyers want the judge to put his foot down and lay down the law. John Branca and John McClain have a lot of power to make decisions for all things Michael Jackson.
The attorneys filed legal documents Tuesday asking the court to put in writing what the judge said earlier this month, outlining what Branca and McClain have authority to do as Special Administrators.
The judge gave the two broader powers than they already had, but Katherine Jackson’s lawyers have kicked up some dust.
The legal showdown will be Thursday at 2:30.
