This movie is about a mall cop, Seth Rogen, who is trying to find a flasher. He hopes to impress the makeup counter girl by capturing this flasher.
Seth patrols the mall in his compact security vehicle and protects the mall dwellers dangers by beating up skateboarders and tasering people.
