Hilary Duff was spotted on the set of “Provinces of Night” in Wilmington, North Carolina.
“Provinces of Night,” co-starring Toby Keith, features the former “Lizzie McGuire” starlet who plays a pregnant woman in a movie based on the book by William Gay.
