A guy who won an Emmy for playing a serial killer just got cut out of his own movie. Cops had to escort him away from the scene.
Sources told TMZ Pruitt Taylor Vince was starring and directing a movie in Louisiana called “Cameraman,” which when he got into a fight with the movie’s producer, David Newton Cole, over their ideas for the movie.
Sources say the fight got really nasty when Cole snapped and fired Vince in front of the entire crew. Then had cops escort Vince off the set.
TMZ spoke to Cole, and he told them: “Neither of us would compromise his artistic vision, and I am the producer so that is that. That’s why they call it show business and not show art.”
Immediately, Cole brought in a new director to replace Vince and finish the movie.
