The latest pop friendship is between Katy Perry and Rihanna, who have been seen with each other in the past recent weeks.
Katy got in touch with the pop singer to offer her help after news broke of Chris Browns’s arrest for assaulting her in February of 2009.
She has been helping Rihanna through the traumatizing experience behind the scenes and has played a key role in making her feel better by taking her for girls night out.
A source said: “Katy was there when Rihanna needed her the most and as terrible as the stuff with Chris is, at least one good thing has come of it.
“Both of them have had man troubles recently so they are enjoying having some girlie time.”
The friends are hoping to find time to get away and go to Puerto Rico.
I’ll go with them.
