Prosecutors will not charge Timothy Busfield with sexual assault, for allegedly groping a date at an L.A. movie theater.
A woman claimed the star of “The West Wing” and “Revenge of the Nerds” groped her in the breast and genital areas while they were sharing kisses, and she felt it was unwanted touching.
The L.A. City Attorney has concluded there is insufficient evidence to go forward with the matter, so no charges will be filed.
