Robin Williams had heart surgery eight weeks ago and is now cracking jokes on the “Late Show with David Letterman” about it. This was Robin’s first appearance since the heart surgery.
Robin says that David and he “are now brotherhood of the zipper chests.” He also made jokes about how “I have one new valve and a repaired valve. I have a cow valve, which is great, and the grazing’s been fun.”
He says that when he started getting short of breath, code of heart problem, was when he realized something was wrong. He underwent an aortic valve replacement surgery. His appearance on the CBS “Late Show with David Letterman” is scheduled to air tonight.
Robin, 57, will be starring in the movie “Night at the Museum 2: Battle of the Smithsonian” which is scheduled in theaters on May 22.
