Law enforcement sources told TMZ the Buena Park Police Department has obtained an arrest warrant for Ryan Jenkins and they are now considering him a “suspect” in his wife’s murder.
The police department got a “Ramey Warrant” which is an arrest warrant that allows police to bypass the D.A. and go directly to the judge. A Ramey Warrant is often recommended when a suspect is fleeing from the jurisdiction.
In order to get a Ramey Warrant, police must prove there is probable cause to suspect that the suspect committed a felony. In this case, the judge decided there was probable cause to believe Jenkins was involved in the murder of his wife, Jasmine Fiore.
