The Starter Wife’s Lawsuit Mishap

Debra’s car was in a car accident where a California Highway Patrolman on a motorcycle was hit. Good thing Debra wasn’t driving!
Debra is now involved in a personal injury lawsuit for the defendant in which she then became part of the lawsuit.
As owner of the vehicle that hit the the California Highway Patrolman, she was added to the lawsuit. The plaintiff claimed damages of approximately $25,000.
Shortly after the plaintiff added Debra to the lawsuit, Debra was then removed. The plaintiff’s lawyer spoke with Debra’s lawyer when the decision was made to remove Debra from the lawsuit.
